We built this shop for people who enjoy the fun of discovering something useful, unusual, nostalgic, or display-worthy in a real treasure-hunt setting.
Whether you are a collector, decorator, weekend browser, reseller, or someone furnishing a home, cottage, garage, barn, or storefront, our goal is simple: offer interesting old pieces at fair, clearly marked prices in a space that is welcoming and easy to browse.
We are open Friday-Monday, 10am-4pm. Canadian pricing includes tax, and we also ship across Canada and the United States.
Our Story
KG Novelties began with a love of old things that still have life left in them, from practical household pieces to bold statement items with real history and character.
In June 2024, we took over a drafty building with a dirt floor and old lofts and set out to turn it into something better: a bright, welcoming antiques warehouse where people could slow down, browse, and enjoy the search. Since then, we have continued building the kind of shop we would want to visit ourselves: honest, interesting, and always changing.
We spend much of the week picking, hauling, sorting, and restocking, which is why there is always something new to see by the weekend.
