This authentic 1970s Heileman's Special Export Beer lighted sign is a charming piece of vintage breweriana advertising. Measuring 13" x 9", it features a beautiful illustrated sailing ship against a bright blue sky with the memorable slogan "You can travel the world over and never find a better beer." The design captures the optimistic spirit of the era with its nautical imagery and bold typography.

The sign is fully functional with its original electrical components intact, including a booth lamp mechanism visible on the back. A label on the rear provides original installation instructions, noting it uses a 10C7 clear bulb and was designed and produced by Embossograph Display Mfg. Co., Chicago. The piece shows honest vintage wear and patina consistent with its age, with some surface marks that add to its authentic character.

A wonderful find for collectors of vintage beer signs, advertising memorabilia, or mid-century Americana décor. This Heileman's sign represents a specific moment in American brewing history and advertising design.
