A charming 23-inch sculpture titled "Mother Love" by artist Alice Heath, dated 1990. This piece captures a tender moment between mother and child in elegant neoclassical style, carved in white material with graceful flowing lines throughout the composition.
The figure features beautifully detailed drapery work and period-appropriate clothing rendered with soft, naturalistic folds. Accents of mauve-pink paint highlight the decorative brooch at the neckline and the flowing ribbon or sash at the waist, adding warmth to the pristine white surface. The artist's signature "Alice Heath" is inscribed on the base.
This collectible sculpture showcases skilled craftsmanship and makes an excellent addition to any contemporary or traditional home decor collection. The piece shows light wear consistent with its age and display history.
