This exceptional Toledo Cooker steam cooker, manufactured by the Toledo Cooker Co. of Toledo, Ohio, is a remarkable piece of early kitchen technology. The two-chamber cast iron construction features the maker's mark clearly embossed on both oven doors, with "Patent Applied For" noted on the lower chamber.
