This 1940s Aladdin Lincoln Drapes oil lamp is made of milk glass with a fluted bowl, swag relief and a ribbed, column-style stem on a stepped, octagonal base. The brass burner carries the Aladdin mark, and a clear glass chimney sits on top.
The original paper shade has a floral garland design in soft tones of brown, gold and peach. It shows age, with some spotting and wear along the edges, which adds to its character. There is a crack in the glass chimney.
A lovely piece for a shelf, sideboard or collection of vintage lighting. Because of its glass parts and height, it is best collected in person or shipped with extra care.
