A vintage red metal cooler with raised silver Drink Coca-Cola script on the front, a chrome carry handle and chrome end caps. The maker's plate reads Eastern Steel Products Limited, Preston, Toronto, Montreal, made under license from Acton Products Incorporated, Arkansas City, Kansas.
The exterior shows honest age, with scattered scratches, scuffs and rust spots along the base and lid edges, most noticeable on the lower front and rear panels. The galvanized interior is clean and intact, and the lid hinges and latch area are present.
A great piece for a soda-themed den, a retro kitchen or a collector of Coca-Cola advertising. It is large and heavy, so local pickup is preferred.
