A vintage cast iron bench vise marked HAMILTON on the body, with a round mounting base and a threaded screw handle. The jaws show wear and surface rust, but the body looks solid and the casting is intact.
Vises like this were a shop staple for holding work during metalworking, woodworking and general repair. It would suit a home workshop or a collector who appreciates older hand tools.
Heavy, so pickup is preferred. Please ask if you would like more photos of the markings or the jaws.
