Enjoy this unique piece of Northern Electric field equipment. This set was designed to help minimize one of the biggest issues with old telephone systems - cross-talk. Imbalances of capacity between circuits were one of the major causes of cross-talk and this set was used to measure the difference in capacity between conductors.
